1. Definitions

"User" means any individual accessing or using the Platform.

"Merchant" means third-party gyms, spas, clinics, or wellness providers listed on the Platform.

2. Platform Role

FitVantage operates as a digital wellness discovery and booking platform.

2.2

FitVantage does not provide medical, fitness, or wellness services directly.

3. User Eligibility

3.1

Users must be legally capable of entering binding contracts under UAE law.

3.2

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account information.

4. Bookings and Services

4.1

Services are provided by independent Merchants.

4.2

FitVantage is not responsible for Merchant performance, availability, or outcomes.

5. Payments and Promotions

5.1

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

5.2

Promotions and discounts are discretionary and may be modified or withdrawn.

6. Suspension and Termination

6.1

FitVantage may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1

FitVantage's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

7.2

FitVantage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8.2

The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

9.1

This English version is the governing legal text.
